As a student, it is your responsibility to prepare far enough in advance to troubleshoot any issues that might arise. Refer to the Help procedures in this page, and be sure to email your course professor immediately as described in the course syllabus.

Getting Help With Canvas

All issues, including problems and how-to questions related to Canvas (including the Canvas student app) should be reported using the Canvas Help menu options: Live chat, call line, and "Get Help from Canvas Support." Canvas experts are available 24/7/365 to support students with any Canvas related issues.

Getting Help with Your South College Accounts

If you experience issues with your South College accounts, such as your courses do not appear in Canvas or on the Student portal, place a support ticket to helpdesk.southcollegetn.edu Links to an external site. and be sure to carefully select the proper items for support and provide a concise, detailed description of your issue and what you have tried to do to solve the issue.
