Week 4 Questionnaire

As you learned in the resources this week, we are all unique and have strengths in different areas. No one area is stronger or better than the others, and you will likely have more than one area as a strength to use in your leadership. After you score the questionnaire, you will be able to share your strengths in our discussion and learn more about the variety of strengths in our group. The goal of our discussion is to receive feedback from your peers related to your strengths. I hope you will use the external ideas provided in the discussion by others to help you have some new insights on how to continue to grow as a leader based upon your unique strengths.
