Dosage Calculations: 

• Worth 5% of grade. 
• Comprised of quizzes and dosage calculation test. 
• Quizzes will be available online through Canvas and will have a time limit. These will be accessed during lab. 
• Quiz content is available on the course calendar. 
• No make-up quizzes will be given unless approved by instructor due to mitigating circumstance. 
• Dosage Calculation Test will be given at the beginning of lab during Week 6. 
• Remediation is required after the unsuccessful attempt prior to the second attempt.
